How To Find and Develop Compassion and Self-Compassion

This Masterclass is taught by Komala Rohde, another of our amazing Master Practitioners and it will be about Self-Compassion. These times are so stressful and for many of us, we’re hardest on ourselves.

Self-Compassion brings warmth and understanding toward ourselves when we experience challenges, suffer failure or feel inadequate. Compassion arises from the awareness that suffering and imperfection is part of the shared human experience, something we all go through and experience. Then we can move beyond isolation and separation into a non-judgmental, receptive state of mind and a warm and open heart. Through practical exercises, we can practice and regain kindness in relating to ourselves and the world around us.

Doesn’t that sound great? Won’t it feel good to come into a warm and open heart?
