I went through training as a traditional life coach back in 2001 and found it very deficient for what I was trying to do with people, so I just kept adding my own stuff! I was starting Sedona Soul Adventures at the same time, so incorporating the two things just made so much sense. Working with my Intuition, helping my clients open up to their Intuition and focusing on their energy and how they were feeling, rather than focusing only on goals and to-do lists, etc.
I started calling what I was doing Transformational Life Coaching (long before anyone else was using that term) and I found that when I helped my clients stay in a really high vibration, incredible things happened – they discovered their life purpose and started living it, they doubled their income, they lost 100 pounds (and kept it off), their relationships with their spouses (and everyone else) got better. The results were almost unbelievable!
Someone would start off with a particular problem, but inevitably every single part of their life would get better, because that’s how it works. When we address the issues that are causing us problems, every part of our life gets better.

What’s the difference between traditional coaching and Transformational Soul Coaching?
While both forms are focused on personal growth, traditional coaching is very directional, primarily focused on identifying and achieving explicit goals in various areas of your life—career, time management, relationships—providing a clear roadmap for the ‘how’ to transition from current circumstances to desired realities.
Transformational Soul Coaching goes far beyond that. While it includes all the elements of traditional life coaching, it goes beyond goals and timelines into an exploration and unfolding of the Self. Transformational Soul Coaching fosters an internal alchemy, where spiritual ideas, self-acceptance, and emotional connection take center stage and come together in an incredible way. It’s about nurturing the soul’s evolution, leading to profound shifts in identity, perspective, and purpose, casting a luminous trail of inner wisdom on one’s life path.
