The very essence of the word tells you everything. Think of it like what the steward tells you on the plane before take-off – if the oxygen masks come down, put yours on first if you’re traveling with a child or another person who requires assistance, because if you don’t, if things get too difficult, you could both die! You have to take care of yourself so that you can take care of others.
