I got married yesterday in the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona. My whole family was there and it was so incredibly beautiful. At least, I’m assuming it was. I wrote this on Wednesday because I won’t have any time to write this once everyone starts arriving on Thursday. This photo was taken at our photo shoot on Thursday out in the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona. (Cathedral Rock, to be precise)
But the part I can say without any question is how amazed and surprised and happy I am about everything and how incredible this whole thing has been. And I have to say it’s all because of Sedona Soul Adventures that this thing has happened at all.
After my divorce 7 years ago, I was hurting and really at a low point in my life. I was amazed that even after all the spiritual work I’ve done over the years, I was still having feelings of “not enough”. I was having thoughts of “is there something wrong with me?”, “why wasn’t I able to make the marriage work?” and all that stinkin’ thinkin’ that goes with all that. I was stunned, because I thought I had dealt with all that sort of stuff a long time ago.
But you know, these core wounds run deep. They go back to our childhoods and some threads are even deeper than that, going back to past lives and beyond. Luckily for me, I had my amazing practitioners to help me. I practice what I preach. I know from 15 years with Sedona Soul Adventures that everything can be turned around. It’s not necessary to stay stuck or to stay unhappy. So I dove in, just like I tell people who come to do a Soul Adventure to do.
I discovered I still had some deep wounds from my childhood and from my past marriage. Isn’t it so interesting how that stuff just comes out in layers? Think onions… and, at each layer one cries from the release of that stuck energy of the past. I did a number of very intense sessions with many of my practitioners, some of the deepest work I’ve ever done in my life. It was so liberating to come out of the other end of that.
But the best part was that I emerged from all that happy and whole (not perfect (we never reach that), but grounded and secure in the knowledge that I WAS enough). And I see now that’s what set everything in motion for love to come back into my life. If Richard and I had connected 7 years ago, I’m sure this wouldn’t have worked out. I just wasn’t in the space that you need to be in for a healthy relationship to come in and stay.
But when we connected, we were both in that happy and whole space. And it’s so interesting to me, that Richard and I should never have connected in the first place. We both had been on Match.com for a long time and I had made the decision over 2 years ago that if someone contacted me who was more than a two hour drive away that I wasn’t interested. I had done a long distance relationship 3 years ago and it was just too difficult. So if someone contacted me who was far away, I simply wouldn’t respond to them. At first that felt a little rude, but if I did respond to people that I wasn’t interested in a long distance relationship, that would always start this back and forth of them saying, “Oh come on”, “we can make it work”, etc. So I just didn’t respond at all, because it avoided all that.
Then last year I was sitting in the Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica with my sister watching another gorgeous Southern California sunset and drinking champagne. We were celebrating my book having reached Amazon #1 Bestseller, plus my sister loves sunsets. Suddenly I got a ping on my phone from Match. Richard had seen me on Match and he “liked” me. I saw his picture and his beautiful blue eyes and then I read his profile. I loved what I saw, especially the way he spoke about his work and when he was speaking about his spiritual life and how important that was to him, I had a real reaction. But then I saw that he was from San Jose, California and my heart sank. I showed his picture to my sister and she said, “cute!”. I thought to myself, “this one I’m not going to be rude to” and I wrote him a message that said “you look great, but you’re in San Jose”. I thought that would be the end of it.
Instead, he wrote back, “I know, I saw the potentially insurmountable distance. But I saw your picture and I see what you’re doing in the world and I just want you to know there’s someone out here who appreciates who you are”.
Wow.
I showed his response to my sister and she said “Good answer!”.
We texted back and forth a little and then I told him I was visiting my family and we should talk next week. He called me the following week and that started the talking and texting and Skyping that went on for six weeks before he came to Sedona to visit me. Shortly after we were together for the first time, he wrote a poem called “735”, because it’s 735 miles between San Jose and Sedona. We read the poem at our wedding. He’s given me permission to share it with you.
735
Seven-hundred-thirty-five miles is a long way
They said
To travel so far to meet her
I was reminded that after hundreds of lifetimes
With and without her
With a hundred decades between our last love meeting
We have both come so far on our separate paths
Weaving, bobbing in-and-out of our crusted, heavy worlds
Falling, rising, drowning in our own lives only to surface again
To find each other
Finally
Deeply
Forever, again
735 miles was nothing
I feel so blessed. I feel so happy. I’m so full of love that I want everyone to have that and share it. One of our gifts from my bridal shower was a couples massage and we did that last Tuesday. As I was leaving, one of the women there who had been helping us all evening said to me “I wish you every happiness and you give me hope that I could find a relationship again”. It’s been so amazing how many people have said that to both of us and we love that so much. We want to give people that hope. We feel blessed to be able to inspire others to reach for their heart’s desire.
Whether you’re looking for love or for happiness and wholeness, please do something to make that happen. Do what I did – come here and work with our practitioners. They are masters and they can help you.

Join Richard and I (and Jorge Luis Delgado) in Machu Picchu and other Sacred Sites of Peru April 14-27

One of the most fun things that’s happened in the past year is having Richard go with me to Peru on our last trip. Here we are at Machu Picchu and then here is the whole group.
What a fabulous time we had and how wonderful it is to travel to these amazing places with incredible people.
And to be in the presence of our incredible guide and shaman, Jorge Luis Delgado. He is with us the entire time, teaching us the ways of the shaman and doing ceremonies. I believe Jorge is one of the most important teachers on the planet right now. So many people tell me they feel sorry for people who go to Machu Picchu and Peru without Jorge – it’s just not the same experience.
If Machu Picchu is on your bucket list, come with us on this trip of a lifetime.
If you have any questions, please send me an email at: Debra@SedonaSoulAdventures.com

“The Peru trip was the best experience I have ever had.”
– Kerry Grant
That pretty much sums it up. The Peru trip is amazing and fantastic and wonderful and incredible. Each year I struggle with trying to find the words that will truly convey all that it is and I feel like I never truly capture it, because it is so incredibly amazing.
“The trip to Peru was beyond all expectations”
– Laura McAllister
Why is it so fantastic? Here are just a few of the reasons:
The fact that we’re there for three days has become even more important because of changes they’ve initiated this year. Before July 1, your ticket allowed you to be at Machu Picchu all day. Now, the Peruvian government has changed it so that you are there in the morning or the afternoon, you are not allowed to be there all day. The government has changed it so that twice the number of people will be going to Machu Picchu.
On our tour the first day we will be there for the afternoon. The next day, we will get up at dawn to be there at 6 am so that we can do sunrise ceremony. The next day we will also get up as early as possible so that we can spend the entire morning there. We want everyone to be able to luxuriate in their experience of Machu Picchu.
“My trip to Peru was a life altering experience. I laughed, I cried, I experienced new dimensions.”
– Laura McConnell
So please join me on this trip of a lifetime.

Wishing you a week filled with adventure,
Debra

Linda says “the entire Peru trip was fantastic”, “the best of all possible worlds”
“The entire Peru trip was fantastic, I would recommend it to anybody if they want to go to Peru, this is the kind of vacation to take. In the future I won’t be able to travel any other way — it’s so much more meaningful to bond with the group, sharing a spiritual purpose, with a wonderful guide. You have the best of all possible worlds, all your daily needs met, no worries about train schedules or hotel reservations, and the benefit of a guide that is supporting your spiritual path. I didn’t want to leave Machu Picchu…”

I am so excited to be a part of a new collaboration of story tellers sharing their amazing journeys into the unknown! Our book Dancing In The Unknown is coming out tomorrow! Please help us become a best-seller and inspire people to let go and dance!
Please buy the book tomorrow (not today!). We are trying to make it an Amazon #1 Best Seller and that depends on a whole bunch of people buying it on one day (Monday, September 25).
I feel so honored to have been asked to be part of this. The moving force behind it is Betsy Chasse, who was one of the Co-Creators (Writer, Director, Producer) of What The Bleep Do We Know?. Do you remember that movie, have you ever seen it? It came out in 2004 and it is a documentary that starred Marlee Matlin and introduced the world to such New Thought people as Dr. Joe Dispenza. That movie had a huge impact on my life, especially in how I viewed the world from a spiritual perspective.
So imagine how shocked and happy I was when Betsy asked me to contribute to this book and write one of the chapters. Dancing In The Unknown shares the stories of 16 everyday people who have survived and thrived through the trials and triumphs of living the life they desire.
My chapter, is entitled:
My Sedona Soul Adventure
— How A Burned Out Divorce Lawyer Found Love, Happiness and Purpose
By Learning How to Surrender
I tell the story of how I left my law practice of 20 years, stepped into the Unknown and ultimately founded Sedona Soul Adventures.
I love how Betsy describes it:
“Every day I encounter people who are tired, broke, broken-hearted, rich and still depressed because they aren’t happy, they aren’t living their lives their way, or anywhere near the life of their dreams. I felt it was time to hear from everyday people about how they took a leap of faith and began dancing to their own tune.”
You can get the book on Amazon: http://bit.ly/DancingUnknown
(Remember, buy it tomorrow (Monday) not today to help us hit Amazon #1. I’ll send you a reminder email tomorrow.
It was really wonderful to write this chapter and, as always, it really brought back lots of memories. The thing that still stuns me is that I allowed myself to stay so unhappy for so long. But that’s what we do, don’t we? We think that there’s nothing we can do about the hand which life has dealt us, that we have to stay stuck.
Well, I’m here to tell you that’s not the case, and that’s the story that each and every person in the book is talking about. Your life can be different, you just have to make the decision to make it different and then do something about it. That’s why I started Sedona Soul Adventures – so that people can do what it takes to have the life or the relationship of their dreams, because I know from my own experience that it’s possible.
If you’re feeling stuck, if you’re feeling like you’re not living the life you want, please connect with us. Talk with one of our Retreat Guides — they’ll dig deep to get at the heart of what’s holding you back and then they’ll custom design a retreat that will take you from where you are to where you need to be.

Or if you’d prefer, call us toll-free at 1-877-204-3664 (US and Canada). For our friends outside the US and Canada call 01 928-204-5988 or click here and one of our Retreat Guides will call you.

Layce says she went from a “dark, hopeless existence to a joyful, abundant and grateful life” thanks to her Soul Adventure
“Prior to my Soul Adventure, I had been struggling with depression, weight gain, addiction, smoking and anxiety for months. I had tried medication and therapy and neither of those worked, in fact the medications only made things worse; more weight gain, less energy and sluggish thoughts.
During the adventure, I could already feel blockages opening up and hope coming back into my mind. I was in such a sad and lonely place prior that I immediately felt changes occurring. It was so exciting learning new techniques and tools to help manage my moods.
After completion of the adventure, I went home and immediately put my new techniques into practice. Within a month, I effortlessly lost 9 pounds and started working out again as soon as we arrived back home. I have taken a proactive approach towards my attitude, protecting it from negativity and situations that provoke anger and irritability. I live in the moment now and am able to see immediately when my emotions are turning and take responsibility for my well-being by using the tools I received during my retreat.
I had no idea that in less than a month my life would go from a dark, hopeless existence to a joyful, abundant and grateful life. Thank you Soul Adventures!”

Take a leap and come with me to Egypt – Feb. 11-25
Travel is one of the ways we can really make our lives be different. Doing the same thing over and over again, staying in the same place all the time is a recipe for unhappiness and frustration. If you want to really start living your life in a different way, think about coming to Egypt with me in February.
People are so amazed when I tell them I’ve been to Egypt 17 times and I’ve traveled (and taken groups to) Bali and Peru. Especially when I was younger and didn’t have a whole lot of money, people would say, ‘how do you do it?’ And the answer was, I made a choice. One of the decisions I made in my twenties was that I was going to travel. Even when I didn’t have much money, I arranged things so that I could go on trips.
I came to that decision because 2 things happened. My sister was living in Jordan and she invited me for a visit. I went to see her and then went to Egypt (which was a 20 minute plane ride) because I had always wanted to go there. While I was there I saw all these groups of tourists consisting primarily of retired people (because they have the time to take a 2 week trip). The problem was that there was a whole lot of stuff they couldn’t do, like walk bent over in the Pyramid, and most of them didn’t want to ride a camel. I remember having the thought, “I’m not going to wait to travel until I’m too old to enjoy it”.
At about the same time, my grandmother retired from her very demanding job as the Head Nurse at a hospital. She and my grandfather scrimped and saved their entire lives and she was always saying that when she retired they were going to start traveling. She retired at age 65 and they went on one trip, a car trip to visit relatives in Michigan (my mother and sister and I went with them).
We did a whole bunch of fun things (road a boat across Lake Michigan, went to museums, I loved visiting with my cousins), but my grandparents hated it. They hated all the food, all the places we stayed and thought everything was too expensive. They never went anywhere again. Traveling was just too far out of their comfort zone and out of their everyday work-hard life to even be something they could enjoy. When I saw that, I vowed that wasn’t going to happen to me.
Looking back, I’m so glad I made that decision. It has added so much to my life, not just the fun factor but in really appreciating other people and other cultures and in enhancing my spiritual life. Some of the most expansive spiritual experiences I’ve ever had have been on these trips.
So I invite you, take the leap. Do something very different. Come to Egypt with me. You won’t be sorry.
“I have never had a trip that was such a complete experience; mind, body, heart and soul. I really felt myself open to the deep quiet of Egypt and somehow, it changed my life”
– Jane Schafer

I love talking about Egypt!
It’s so interesting to us, because we seem to have waves of people with the same kind of problems contacting us at the same time for doing a retreat. We’ll have a few weeks of getting nothing but couples who have suffered infidelity and then we’ll have a few weeks of people who have deep issues with not loving themselves, it’s so fascinating how it seems to happen in waves.
Right now the issue that seems to be coming up the most is people who do, do, do for everyone else and can’t give themselves permission to do things to take care of themselves. They contact us about doing a retreat, they know they need to do something to change their pattern and then when it gets down to making the decision, they just simply cannot give themselves permission to spend the time, spend the money, but what it really comes down to, they can’t give themselves permission to do something for themselves.
And it’s really frightening to me, because some of these people are actually — quite literally — killing themselves. They are overworked, overwhelmed and at the end of their rope. And even though they know that they’re killing themselves, they can’t let go of the pattern. I recognize the pattern because that’s what I was doing to myself 18 years ago before I came to Sedona.
We had one person who contacted us for the first time over 5 years ago and decided to not do the retreat. Last week she called and said “I finally have to do something”. She’s now much, much worse than she was 5 years ago, her health is suffering, her husband has left her (even after all her care taking) and she’s so completely burned out at work that she could barely function.
This is the vicious cycle I’m talking about that happens when we don’t take care of ourselves. Things just get worse. We think we’re helping the people around us, but we’re not. We have the thought, “I need to do something to change this” and we might even look into doing something, but then we won’t give ourselves permission to do it, telling ourselves we have to take care of everyone else. But all that happens is that the problems just get deeper, the resentments get deeper and then the stress starts showing up in health problems, marital strife and just feeling awful most of the time. It just keeps going around and around.
Luckily, her Soul Adventure got at the underlying issues that were causing all this (especially around her belief that she has to do things for people in order for them to love her, which was all tangled up in her trying to please her father) and she really came back into connection. I swear she looked twenty years younger when she came into the office at the end of her retreat to say goodbye and thank us. But the best part is that she feels in a completely different space than when she came, she knows that a fundamental shift and change has happened, she knows her life has changed and is going to continue to change.
And that’s the key — to do something about this, you actually have to do something to make a change. Something like a vacation doesn’t do it. I used to take vacations to try to relieve my stress and unhappiness and I would have a week of feeling a little better, but then I would come back to the same old stuff and the same old me.
It always reminds me of what they tell you when you fly. If the cabin pressure drops, put on your air mask and if you’re traveling with a child or an infirm person, put your air mask on first and THEN help them put on their mask. The reasoning is very simple. The sooner you take care of yourself, the more you’re increasing your chances that you’re going to be able to help the other person. In the time it takes to try to put the mask on the child (who may be kicking and screaming), air pressure in the cabin can drop so low that you’re not in a position to be able to help anyone, let alone your child. Taking care of yourself first means you’re better able to take care of others.
So I was thinking about all this and of course I was on Pinterest (looking at flower ideas for my wedding) when I saw this (why in the world would this be on a page about wedding flowers? I call it God winking at me — telling me I’m on the right track thinking and writing about this):

Are you feeling empty?
Are you running on fumes?
Do you know that you need to be doing something to take care of yourself, but you keep putting it off?
Stop! You aren’t doing anyone any favors (least of all yourself) by not doing something to take care of yourself.
Please contact us. I promise you there is something underneath this issue, something that goes deeper than not just taking care of yourself. Speak with one of our Guides and they’ll get to the root of the issue that’s holding you back from living a life of joy and ease.

Or if you’d prefer, call us toll-free at 1-877-204-3664 (US and Canada). For our friends outside the US and Canada call 01 928-204-5988 or click here and one of our Guides will call you.

Kris says that after learning “the importance of taking care of me”, “I am truly happy for the first time in more than 40 years”
“I was truly blessed to have this soul adventure, and now that I am back at home the benefits of my experience have become obvious to all of those around me. I am truly happy for the first time in more than 40 years of living life! I had always been there to make sure everyone else was happy, and now I have learned that I can be there for others without denying myself. I love myself! I have learned the importance of taking care of me! I am now touching the lives of others in a most positive way. Friends and family both, have expressed a deep interest in my experiences. I feel loved!”

Could this be the year you give yourself the gift of going to Egypt? Join us February 11-25
Someone called me this past week and wants to go on the Egypt trip. We had a beautiful conversation. She’s had a lot of loss in her life and this trip is such a stretch for her. She’s never done any traveling, she doesn’t have a passport, so she was concerned about being able to do this trip. It was so much fun talking to her and telling her about how everything is just completely taken care of for us on this trip. She’ll need to get a passport and fly to JFK, but we even found a flight that’s absolutely perfect for her. And after that, it’s smooth sailing. Literally. Every day is planned to perfection (including our 5 day cruise down the Nile on our 5 star ship), with seeing amazing sites, connecting in with the energy, connecting with our fellow travelers and having fun. I’ve done this trip 18 times now(!) and I must tell you, it’s perfect. It’s so beautiful and enriching.
Could this be the year you give yourself the gift of going to Egypt? Because that’s what it is, a precious gift. I’d love to have you join us.

I love talking about Egypt!
I don’t know about you, but this week has pretty much sucked.
Hurricane Harvey (can you imagine digging out from under that?), Hurricane Irma, the earthquake in Mexico, I had a fight with my fiancé, I’ve got too much to do before my wedding (even though we’re keeping it very simple), my sister doesn’t like the bridesmaid dress I picked out (I know, that’s so minor, but it affects me) and it all just piled up to be a sucky week.
I hate that. I spend my life telling people how to not have that happen, how to move through that, how to not be that way.
And then today, someone said something to me that totally changed everything around.
A new client came into Sedona Soul Adventures. I rushed over to the office to greet her. I don’t work at the office anymore, as it’s so busy there I can’t get anything done when I’m there. I work from home, which is literally an 8 minute drive from the office. I do my best to go to meet each client to greet them and at least to hug them and to say hello, because I know what a big deal it is to do a retreat like this.
I rushed to the office and walked in and hugged this woman and asked her how she was feeling and she started telling me that she had wanted to come on a Soul Adventure for over 5 years. She’s been reading my newsletter every week for the past 6 years and always wanted to come but felt like she couldn’t afford it, she couldn’t take the time and her life wasn’t “messed up enough” to warrant doing a Soul Adventure.
She told me that 2 years ago I had written a newsletter that had changed everything for her. It was about how scientists found that simply by standing in a power pose for two minutes increases testosterone and makes people feel more powerful. In the newsletter, I invited people to do that every day for 2 minutes and see if it made a difference.
She told me that it changed her life. She had always been a very mousy, subdued person that people tended to walk all over. She was in an emotionally abusive relationship, but wasn’t calling it that and wasn’t admitting it to herself.
She said that just standing in that position started to make her change.
And then a few months ago, these new feelings of confidence made her decide she wanted to have her life be different. Her new confidence made her feel like this was actually possible. When that light went on, her first though was “I’m going to do a Soul Adventure”.
So she’s in the middle of it now, and when I spoke with her after her second day, she said she can’t believe how her confidence and sense of inner power have increased ten-fold. She said she can’t imagine how she’s going to feel at the end of it.
Needless to say, that completely turned my week around! I haven’t been doing the power pose and just doing it one time today, made me feel great! So, I’m re-creating that newsletter from 2 years ago so that you have it. Here it is:
If you could feel more confident and powerful in 2 minutes would you be willing to do it every day? Believe me when I tell you, it’s worth it.
If you’ve been reading my newsletter this past year, you know I’ve been talking a lot about how our brains affect everything in our lives. But today I want to talk about how doing something with your body can affect everything.
Researchers at Harvard have discovered that not only does your body language effect how other people perceive you, but your body language has an affect on how you perceive yourself and how you feel. What they discovered is that people who stand or sit in a power pose for more than two minutes have increased levels of testosterone and decreased levels of cortisol.
These hormones can change within seconds and have a dramatic impact on how you’re feeling. Testosterone makes people feel more confident, more self empowered. Reducing cortisol results in lower levels of stress and anxiety. Cortisol is also known to lower immune function and bone density, interfere with learning and memory, increase weight gain, create negative impact on blood pressure, cholesterol and heart disease, so anything you can do to lower cortisol is a very good thing.
The power poses that they studied were what we usually call the Superman or Superwoman pose, with your hands on your hips, feet at least shoulder-width apart, chest out, head held high. They also included sitting back with your feet on a table, and the decidedly less-ladylike sitting with your legs spread wide apart (guys, you can get away with this one). What they found was that in 2 minutes, the hormonal levels changed dramatically.
Not only did the testosterone and cortisol levels change, but the people reported feeling much more confident and powerful. And I don’t mean the kind of power where you’re barking orders at everyone and they’re shaking in their boots. That’s not power, that’s intimidation. I’m talking about the feeling that comes from truly being in your own power. Self empowerment.
Try doing this every day. Stand in that power pose and breathe deeply. Do it for 2 minutes each morning. Or do it for 2 minutes before an important meeting (I just did it last week in a bathroom stall!) Visualize powerful energy coursing through you and coming out of you. If you’re doing it before a meeting or an important event, visualize how you want the meeting or event to go.
Okay, so now I’ll be very vulnerable and share my secret with you about how I do this. I do the pose, but I don’t envision myself in a Superwoman costume. Instead I envision myself (don’t laugh) in full Egyptian regalia. I do this because I know I had a past life where I was a priestess in the Temple of Karnak and I had some very strange powers. I wasn’t anyone famous (I’ve never been anyone famous), but I was very powerful. One of the things I could do was blast energy through my hands and knock people over. Literally, I could knock them over. In that lifetime I abused those powers and one of the lessons for me in this lifetime has been around the abuse of power (a lesson that received a lot of healing when I was an attorney).
So I do the pose and see myself dressed as an Egyptian woman in the dresses you see depicted in the temples and tombs, I have gold bands around my wrists and upper arms and a beautiful headdress. I envision the power energy running throughout my body and then coming out of my heart. The power energy is mixed with the heart energy in a beautiful combination of power and love. The energy is never used to blast anyone (or knock them over!), it’s used for my own self empowerment and for the other person to feel that and my love. It’s a very juicy combination!
Self empowerment is so critical to a meaningful and happy life. Do you feel self empowered? Do you know that you have the inner strength to face anything that life throws at you or to create the life of your dreams? Standing in a power pose might not be enough.
If that’s the case, I urge you to contact us and do something about it. Empowering yourself, living your best life is your birthright and helping you find that is what we do best.

Jane says the Egypt trip “changed my life”
“I have never had a trip that was such a complete experience; mind, body, heart and soul. I really felt myself open to the deep quiet of Egypt and somehow, it changed my life”
– Jane Schafer
The Egypt trip is so amazing and it absolutely is life changing. Come with us as we see the Great Pyramid (including 2 hours of private time just for our group for meditation and ceremony), the Sphinx, Abu Simbel, the Hathor Temple at Dendara, the Isis Temple at Philae and much more.

I love talking about Egypt!
This week I was on the phone with one of my coaching clients (I love her so much, she’s done 2 Soul Adventures, been to Peru with me, I’ve coached with her for years and her life has become about 99% perfect, she’s a joy to work with) and we started talking about the other 1% of her life that in this moment is not exactly perfect. This thing has been bugging her for awhile and during our call, we really got at the heart of this particular pattern and (in her usual way) she blasted right through it.
We kept talking about how to prevent this from coming up again in the first place and I started talking to her (as I do with all my coaching clients) about the magic and the power of Slowing Down.
Doesn’t it feel like things in our modern day life have just gotten absolutely crazy? I love technology (I love that I can easily send these emails to you and I love it when my iPhone says “ding ding” and it’s a sweet text from my honey), but hasn’t all this stuff just made things a little nuts? And I especially hate watching couples (or worse, entire families) sit in restaurants not talking to each other, and everyone is on their phones. I can understand doing that for 5 minutes to check for something that feels important, but to do it for the entire time until the food comes and sometimes even while they’re eating?
When I was in 6th grade, we got the Weekly Reader (printed, not in email), and I remember an article that said that at the turn of the century (the year 2000 – which at that point was 35 years away), the biggest problem we would all have would be what to do with all of our free time. Their point was that many people were starting to get so many labor saving devices (dishwashers, automatic washing machines, motorized lawn mowers) and most people had gone to a 5-day work week, that, according to the article, by the year 2000 our biggest problem would be what to do with all the free time we have.
WRONG! Could they have been anymore wrong? Technology has just amped everything up to a fever pitch. I’m so glad I left my divorce lawyer practice in 1999, just when the internet and emails were coming in and just when everyone’s attitude started to be, “I should be able to get you whenever I want you”.
Do you find yourself rushing around a lot? Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed a lot? For the first time in a long time, I spent much of today in overwhelm and I’m not used to doing that and, I’ll tell you, I don’t like it, it doesn’t feel good.
When I brought this up with my client, she started talking about how rushing around all the time just fans the flame of the anxiety that she sometimes feels. I think that’s true for everyone, it’s certainly true for me. As I’m rushing around I can feel my heart rate going up, I can sometimes feel my stomach churning and and my mind is scattered. Is that true for you?
Doctors and scientists have now proven that this type of stress (especially this type which can be almost constant) is very bad for our bodies, resulting in higher levels of cortisol, higher blood pressure and erratic heart rates.
I also find that when I’m rushing around, I make stupid mistakes that end up costing me even more time. Have you ever rushed around looking for your sunglasses and they’re on top of your head? Have you ever rushed around looking for your keys and you’re holding them? Research has found that multi-tasking not only doesn’t work, it’s worse for everything. Everything gets done by as much as a 20% less effective rate than if the person is focusing on doing one thing at a time.
There are some really simple things that you can do that can bring some peace and calm to your life right away, by simply Slowing Down. The key is that it’s simple, but it’s not easy. Most of us are so wired to go, go, go, that slowing down can be difficult. But I promise you, these work:
1. Sit and take a deep breath and close your eyes. Set the intention, “I am starting to slow down. I am being more careful and conscious.” Take some more deep breaths as you do this and actually see yourself in your mind’s eye moving through life at a slower pace.
2. Make the decision to leave 10 minutes earlier than you think you need to leave for everything that is on your schedule — appointments, meetings, being at the gate for a plane, etc. This telegraphs your brain “I’m early, I have plenty of time”, so the rushing element is completely eliminated. I promise you, this is not a waste of time, you will be amazed if you do this for even 3 days.
3. Every time you sit down in a chair or get up from a chair, do it more slowly than you normally would. Don’t plop down or jump up. Sit down very slowly and consciously and you might even say to yourself, “I’m sitting down slowly”. As you get back up, do it slowly and, again, you might say to yourself, “I’m getting up slowly and consciously”.
4. Set the intention that you are going to walk more slowly (unless there is a situation where you’re running for a plane, but again, if you left 10 minutes earlier than necessary you wouldn’t find yourself running for a plane). When you feel yourself speeding up, simply start walking more slowly. As you see other people passing you and rushing around, smile and send them love and be grateful for this newfound peace that has come into your life.
Do this for 3 days. Just tell yourself you’re going to do it for 3 days, because promising to do it forever is too overwhelming for your brain. Do it for 3 days and I promise you will feel differently, and you’ll have a deep desire to do it for longer. It’s so different and so counter to how almost everyone else does things, I think you will be amazed. And I think you will be doubly amazed at the peace this brings you.
If you find this to be difficult, or if you find that just doing this for 3 days doesn’t create a significant sense of peace, then that could mean that there are much deeper issues here. So many of us are so used to living with anxiety all the time, that it becomes second nature. There might be deeper clearing that needs to happen to really bring you into a sense of peace and contentment, not only with your life, but also with your relationship. Or maybe your partner is so out of balance, that you changing one thing doesn’t have that much of an impact. In that case, you need something deeper and more encompassing, like a Soul Adventure. That’s what we do best — clearing the blocks and the gunk that are holding you back. And then bringing you into connection on all the levels — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Connect with us. Speak with one of our Guides — they’ll dig deep to get at the bottom of what’s going on and design a retreat that is perfect to take you from where you are to where you want to be.

Or if you’d prefer, call us toll free at 1-877-204-3664 (US and Canada). For our friends outside the US and Canada call 01 928-204-5988 or click here and one of our Guides will call you.

Wishing you a week filled with peace and tranquility and a much slower pace,

Linda says last year’s trip to Egypt was “phenomenal”, “unforgettable” and she felt completely safe
“Before I start my testimonial I want to thank Debra for everything she did to make our trip special for all of us not only as a group but as individuals as well. Debra, Thank You!!!! I will honestly say that I did not think I would enjoy a “group” trip as much as I did. I have never done traveling as a group before and for me to pick such a place not only as being so far from the states but to Ancient Egypt. When my friends started questioning me why did I want to go to Egypt and people telling me I was dumb and stupid for wanting to go. Let me just say, I have never felt more safe, secure, or well taken care of in any of my travels as I did with this group of gentlemen from Guardian Travel (Mohammed, Raafat & Abdullah). From the minute we landed at Cairo and were greeted by Abdullah, to the bus where we met Mohammed one could not ask for anything better. As our journey began the next morning we met our guide Raafat who was our teacher, educator, mentor, protector, but most of all our new friend. He brought us to places that were spectacular and magical and knew everything about them. He went above and beyond what any group guide would do; he helped us with our dickering for our prices, he told us what was good vs what was not good. He truly was enthusiastic and passionate about his heritage. I felt as if I had known him prior to us even getting there and meeting him. Mohammed, was awesome. He put together a spectacular 2 week trip that included everything and anything that one could see in that time span without getting “burnt out”. He was right on with all of the arrangements to the different hotels, the flights, the cruise down the Nile, the Felucca ride. Everything went smoothly and as planned. And last but not least Abdullah. He was the man who hung behind w/ me when I was walking slowly. He was the man who got us our belongings we left on the bus (even after the bus dropped us off and left to park), and he was the man who led us through customs, and security and handled all of our bags from the minute we got to Cairo to the minute he and Mohammed left us at the gate when we departed.
The whole trip was truly phenomenal! Debra did a great job in doing just the right amount of stuff every day. There are so many highlights for me from the camel ride, to the Felucca sailing, to the Queens chamber in the Great Pyramid to my favorite hot air balloon ride and floating over the Nile at sunrise. My memories are truly unforgettable. But most of all The Return to Egypt February 2016 was most definitely my Journey of a Lifetime!!!”

I love talking about Egypt!
We traveled to St. Joseph, Missouri this week to see the solar eclipse and had 2 miracles happen. I know this eclipse has ushered in a new age, and I want to talk to you about that but first I want to tell you about the miracles.
We chose St. Joseph for 4 reasons:
Before we left, my fiancé Richard kept checking the weather and suddenly one week before it said heavy rain on the day of the eclipse. He said, “baby, we’ve got to do something about this”, so we spent a bunch of time meditating on clear skies and running the energy of how exciting it would be to view the eclipse through a sunny, clear sky.
On Saturday and Sunday we kept hearing stories of the hordes that had descended on Oregon and we decided to go very early in the morning. We flew into Kansas City, had a good night’s sleep, woke up at 5 and were on the road at 6. We got on Interstate 29 for the hour long drive to St. Joseph and happily discovered that the highway was not choked with cars. We got to the exit and there was a big sign that said “Sold Out – Ticket Holders Only”. We looked at each other and said “What the What?” Even after all our reading and planning, we had never seen anything about needing tickets!
Richard said “Let’s start praying” and I started saying (in my mind) the mantra my Catholic mother had taught me as a little child, “Little Flower, show thy power” [This is St. Therese, also called the Little Flower of Jesus and my mother would constantly invoke her for small things like a dryer that had stopped running (and it would start running again, I swear!) and large things like my oldest brother getting into the college of his choice (which also worked!].
It was early, around 7 am and cars were coming, but we were one of the first to arrive. We got to the first checkpoint, and the man asked us to stop and wait for a truck that was pulling out. He told us they were sold out, and that meant 12,000 people. As we pulled away, I said to Richard, “when they ask for the ticket, tell them we’ve come all the way from Arizona and lay it on thick”. I was ready to beg.
We got to the next checkpoint and the man said, “do you have your ticket?” Richard said, “we had no idea we had to have tickets…” and the man immediately handed Richard a piece of paper that he had in his hand and said, “this is the last free one I have, you can have it – put it in on your dash”. Richard said, “God bless you!”.
As we drove away, we were high-fiving and laughing and I said “Oh My God, I can hardly believe that!” We were both so excited and happy. Can you imagine having come all this way, having made all these plans and be turned away because we hadn’t paid for a $41 ticket? Richard said, “I KNEW it was going to be all right!”
We found a great spot – on one side was a family with lots of kids and a baby and a mother who was continually doing things to keep them entertained. On the other side were some really interesting people from California and we had fun talking to them.
The morning was clear and sunny, but the weather kept predicting clouds and rain. We decided to sit in the car and do some more meditating on clear skies.
We walked around, saw lots of vendors and lots of astronomical gear and TV film crews and bought t-shirts and had pulled pork sandwiches (I love the Midwest!)
At about the time that the eclipse was to start, it clouded up and started to sprinkle. We got out our special glasses and started watching and although we couldn’t see it all the time, the clouds would part every few minutes and we would be able to see the eclipse happening through our glasses. Every time the clouds parted and it was visible, people would start whooping and hollering.
Suddenly, it started to really rain and the cloud cover became complete. We got back into the car and we meditated some more. Neither of us ever went into upset or disappointment, and even though we didn’t say it, we both knew that wasn’t the way to go so we didn’t go there.
After about 20 minutes of rain, we saw people starting to leave. We were stunned. Richard said, “Can you imagine coming all this way and then leaving? That’s not what we’re going to do, baby”. Lots of people were driving out and then suddenly the rain stopped. It was 1:05, one minute before totality. As we stepped out of the car, the clouds suddenly parted and at 1:07 (exactly the middle point of totality where we were), we saw the total eclipse. People started hooping and hollering. The people who were in the line driving out stopped their cars, got out and saw it.
And then the truly spectacular sight happened. The shadow crossed the earth and the day went black. I took this video and I’m kind of jostled around a little bit because Richard grabbed me in the middle of it to give me a big kiss, but you can really see the difference between day and night. And you can hear me as I keep saying “Oh my God”. It was one of those days, where we just kept saying “Oh my God” over and over.
What I keep thinking and what I say in the video is can you imagine what the ancients must have thought of the first total eclipse they saw? They must have thought the world was ending.
And then just as suddenly, the world became light again. The people next to us from California kept saying “Those people who left, they had no faith. We had faith and we were rewarded. What if Christopher Columbus had said, “oh it’s raining, I’m turning back”. And then they started a game with it, “what if George Washington..” and kept naming different names and laughing. Richard looked at me and said “it’s all about having faith, baby”.
We spent another hour watching the rest of the eclipse and the clouds would come and go and we were more excited every time the clouds opened up.
What an incredible day — an eclipse plus two miracles — the first when the man gave us his last ticket and the second when the clouds parted at exactly totality. We felt so blessed and so taken care of. And we felt that our faith had indeed been rewarded.
Faith is an interesting thing, isn’t it? It’s so easy to lose our faith. It’s so easy to feel defeated and to not keep on going. It’s so easy to take on the other belief — the one that says I never get what I want.
We have a choice in life – we get to decide what we believe. We can have faith and trust and believe what I have on a flyer in my office – “Things always work out for me” or we can go the other way — we have that choice in every moment.
What I’ve discovered in my own life (and with working with people for over 30 years) is that the more we can stay in the higher, positive vibrations, the more the chances are increasing that everything really does work out for us. The problem is that for most people, staying in those higher, positive vibrations is difficult, if not impossible.
It used to be really difficult for me also. But then everything shifted for me when I first came to Sedona and started working with the amazing practitioners here. That’s why I started Sedona Soul Adventures over 15 years ago — I wanted other people to be able to experience that same kind of transformation.
Are you ready to start believing that everything works out for you and to live a life where that’s true? I’m guessing it might take some shifts for that to happen, and that’s where we come in. You can have those shifts happen incredibly fast in Sedona. It’s a place of true transformation, with incredible healers from all over the world drawn here to do their work. We work with the best of them and we can custom design a retreat that can bring you into the life and the relationship you want. It’s actually easier than you might think.
It’s a particularly potent time to come to Sedona right now, while the eclipse energy is still being felt. I believe that this eclipse has ushered in a new age of consciousness and we’ll be feeling the effects of it for many months. Things are coming up for healing in ways that they haven’t appeared before. Now is the time to take advantage of that.
Connect with us. We’ll talk to you (or both of you, if it’s a couples retreat) in deep conversation. We’ll get at the root of what’s going on and then we’ll custom design a retreat that will bring you into those higher, faster vibrations and even better, we’ll give you the tools to take home so you can stay there.
Experience the miracle that is Sedona.

Rachel says her Soul Adventure “was the miracle I needed” to find my life purpose
“I have been obsessed with trying to figure out my life purpose since I was a kid. That I did not already know the answer at 34 was more than depressing. I was angry with myself for not knowing my purpose. I was grieving and unable to forgive myself or anyone around me. My 3-day retreat answered every single one of my questions and opened the door to forgiveness and healing. I know what my purpose is. I am living my purpose now. Sedona Soul Adventures was the miracle I needed and I’m so grateful I had the courage to be open to growth.”

Have you always wanted to see the Pyramids? Come with me to Egypt Feb. 11-25
Like seeing the eclipse this week, seeing the Great Pyramid was something I always wanted to do, ever since I was a little kid. I was also fascinated by the gods and goddesses of ancient Egypt and the stories of the Pharaohs. I know I’ve seen “The Ten Commandments” over 50 times and I can’t hear the name “Ramses” without thinking of Yul Brynner. For me, Ramses will always be Yul Brynner.
Imagine my surprise when I first came to Egypt and discovered that there are things that are equally amazing and incredible and fantastic? Like the statues of Abu Simbel, the Isis Temple at Philae, the Luxor temple?
Every year on our Egypt trip, it’s the same thing — people are amazed at everything that is there and how magnificent and fantastic it is.
If Egypt is on your bucket list, come with me on our next Return to Egypt trip. We go to all of these amazing places (and more!) Plus, not only do we go to the Great Pyramid, we have 2 hours of private time just for our group where we do ceremony and meditation.
It truly is the trip of a lifetime.

I love talking about Egypt!
As you read this on Sunday morning I will be traveling to St. Joseph, Missouri with my wonderful fiancé, Richard, to view the total eclipse of the Sun. The eclipse is going to be full on for 2 minutes and 41 seconds, the day will turn into night, everything as we know it will be turned upside down for a little bit. For me, this is a once in a lifetime event and I fully intend to experience the Divine in a number of ways.
Here’s Richard modeling the glasses we’re going to use to look directly into the sun. I can’t wait.
And it’s so great, a few weeks ago I wrote in the newsletter that I was going to do this and one of our clients who lives in that area [she’s done 2 Soul Adventures, gone to Egypt with me twice (!), done coaching with me – I love her!] read that I was coming and sent me an email, so now we’re also going to have dinner with her in Kansas City, isn’t that great?
But I’m writing to you today to ask you, nay, plead with you, to please take advantage of this incredible energy that is bathing the United States on this momentous day. This is unlike any kind of energy that you are going to experience in your lifetime and if you’ll just take a little time to connect in with it (more on that below), I think you’ll be happy you did.
Have you been feeling a little weird lately? A little off? Or have things in your life really taken a nose dive and seem to be going off the rails? I want to tell you, it’s getting really strange out there right now for a whole lot of people, including myself.
I wrote about this a few weeks ago in the newsletter and it seems like things are getting even worse, which we knew would happen starting with the lunar eclipse on August 7 and culminating with this total solar eclipse on August 21 (tomorrow).
This eclipse is all about transformation and transformation happening really quickly, especially in relationships. Things are going to be moving in ways that will probably make you look back in a few weeks and say “what happened?”
The key here is to connect with that Highest Part of Yourself and to do everything you can to stay in that connection. When we operate from the higher vibrations, it doesn’t matter what is happening on the outside — we stay connected to the highest parts of ourselves, and everything falls into place.

To that end, I want to help you stay in that connection. I’m gifting you with my meditation “Connecting to the Highest Part of Yourself”. This is part of The Sedona Meditations series and usually sells on our website for $9.99, but I want you to have it as my gift to help you navigate through these times.
Please take some time on Monday to do this meditation. To make is especially potent, do it during the time the eclipse is happening in your area or close to you (you can easily Google that).
Sit quietly and connect with that highest part of yourself.
The meditation is only 9 minutes long, so you definitely have the time to do it. And I would highly recommend that you do it not only tomorrow, but do it today and every day thereafter. Connecting with the highest part of yourself is one of the keys to have the life you want.
Just Click here to download the meditation. Use the password “Sedona”.
And for this week of the eclipse, I’ve decided to make the entire set of the The Sedona Meditations available to you for only $19.99 (the entire set usually sells for $99). If you’d like more information, Click here.
But of course in these troublesome and difficult times, the real relief can come from finally freeing ourselves from the blocks and wounds that are keeping us from the connection we so deeply desire. Everything that is happening right now is bringing all of our issues up for healing. It’s time for the healing to take place. And the best way I know to do that is to do a Sedona Soul Adventures retreat. We will spend time talking with you before you even come to Sedona to really get at the heart of what’s going on in your life (or your relationship, if it’s a couples retreat). Then we’ll custom design your retreat of private sessions that will bring you into the connection you’re craving. Click here and we’ll contact you.

Or if you’d prefer, call us toll free at 1-877-204-3664 (US and Canada). For our friends outside the US and Canada call 01 928-204-5988 or click here and one of our Angel Guides will call you.
Would you like to speak to someone today? We’re even open on Sundays, because we’re here for you.
Wishing you a week filled with adventure and mystery,

This past week, I read an article, heard something on the radio and saw something online that all said the same thing. When I get things in three’s like that it always means I’m supposed to share that with you. What they said was not new, we all know this on one level or another, but the way they said it and the how was what was really interesting to me.
• The article was about the #1 thing that attracts the opposite sex.
• The radio segment was about a study that demonstrates what makes for the best guide dogs.
• The online posting was about how to have the most success in a job interview.
I don’t think this will surprise you, but the ways I’m going to talk about it might be interesting to you. The key in all of these (including the guide dogs) was (drum roll, please) Confidence.
The article that I read was talking about that the #1 thing that really “gets” the opposite sex is confidence. Men can feel it in women and women can feel it in men. The higher the confidence level (and we’re not talking about egomania, we’re talking about confidence), the higher the level of attraction.
The second one was the one most interesting to me. They did a study of guide dogs, following 100 puppies from the time of their birth through their graduation of guide dog training and then their time as a guide dog. What they were looking at initially was “who made the best guide dogs? Puppies who were from mother dogs who were very attentive and involved with them or puppies who came from mother dogs who were much less attentive?”
When I first heard them talking about it, I assumed that, of course, the puppies who had been more attended to as they were growing up were the ones who ultimately became the best guide dogs. To my amazement, the opposite was true. The puppies who had to fend more for themselves made better guide dogs later on. The puppies who had “helicopter mothers” (the type who hover over everything) didn’t even make it through the guide dog training — they weren’t as focused and they were more hyper, they weren’t calm enough to become guide dogs.
On further study, they discovered that the puppies who had to fend more for themselves had more confidence. They were calmer and being calm is the most important attribute of a guide dog.
The third one — that confidence was the #1 thing that mattered in a job interview — was less surprising, but the thing that did surprise me was that confidence mattered even more than education.
Experience mattered as much as confidence if the experience was exactly the same, but if someone had experience that was not exactly the same, confidence became more important. The potential employer wanted to feel like the person would be able to do the job, and the confidence the person exuded meant more than education and experience.
[And, amazingly, as I was in the middle of writing this, I opened a newsletter written by a friend of mine who was describing what it takes to be a “Most Valuable Player” and one of the attributes was Confidence — another validation!]
What exactly is confidence? When I looked up the definition of confidence, here’s what I got:
Confidence: a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.
Example: “she’s brimming with confidence”
What I find most interesting in that definition is that they’re saying it’s “a feeling”, because that’s all confidence is — it’s a feeling. You can’t measure it, you can’t get a degree in it, you can’t get a certification in it. It’s either there or it isn’t. Some people have it and some people don’t.
Men feel it in women, women feel it in men, dogs feel it, potential employers feel it — everyone we come into contact with feels it from you or they don’t.
It’s so interesting to me that sometimes I will find people who have a lot of confidence and I’m wondering where that came from. They don’t have the outward things that would make you assume they would have confidence — good education, good looks, good background, money, etc., etc.
And the truly mystifying thing to me in the work that I do is seeing someone who from all outward appearances SHOULD have a lot of confidence (e.g., a woman who is gorgeous, smart, loving, giving, accomplished, etc.) and then to discover that inside they are a mass of insecurities.
If confidence is so important — we can see from above that it matters in love, in doing a good job and even getting a good job — why don’t we all just “act as if” we’re confident? The simple answer is, we can’t.
Most of us have fears or wounds or negative thoughts or insecurities that keep us from feeling truly confident. It’s like I said before, it’s either there or it isn’t and what I’ve found in 30 plus years of working with people, there’s some kind of emotional gunk that’s holding most people back from feeling truly confident.
Wouldn’t you love to feel confident?
Wouldn’t you love to be a person who’s brimming with confidence?
I truly believe (and I see it all the time) that it’s possible to become a confident person — once you’ve cleared out the fears and the wounds and the emotional gunk that is keeping you from feeling confident.
Because think about it — it’s just these things we tell ourselves that are keeping us from feeling confident, or these feelings of insecurity. When we get rid of all that gunk, the confidence comes pouring through and sooner or later we’re brimming over with it.
If you’re ready to get rid of the gunk and be the confident, joyful person you were meant to be, please contact us. Talk to us and we’ll custom design the perfect retreat that will bring you the life or the relationship you’re craving.

Stephanie says her Soul Adventure gave her “happiness and confidence”
“I was referred to Sedona Soul Adventures from a friend that had had an amazing experience at a time in his life where he needed clarity and spiritual guidance. I had just barely survived a very traumatic divorce which lasted over a year and was emotionally exhausted and very sad. I went to Sedona seeking guidance from any source that was willing to give it to me. AND I GOT IT!!! I arrived filled with much pain and anger and unsure where I was headed in life. I had lost my confidence and was not happy with the person I had become. In a few short days, I was able to release all of my pain and anger and look at my life as a wonderful adventure waiting to unfold. I left feeling as if there was nothing I couldn’t achieve. In the few days since I’ve been home, I have so many wonderful things that have happened to me and now look forward to each day! I have my happiness and my confidence back. This was an amazing adventure that I wish all could experience!!!”

Watch videos of people talking about our last two Egypt trips

I’m always telling everyone how wonderful the Egypt trip is, but don’t take my word for it, listen to the people who were on the trips this past February and in February, 2016. They’ll tell you how fabulous it was, how incredible Egypt is, that they felt safe, they felt so taken care of, the hotels are beautiful, the food is fantastic, they made friendships that will last a lifetime, etc., etc. Again, don’t listen to me, listen to them.

If you’d love to come with us on our next Return to Egypt trip (February 11-25), get all the information here:

Tapping is incredible. It can help you feel better about yourself, it can help you lose weight, it can even help with fears and traumas and phobias.
I’m gifting you with a 12 minute video “Tapping” that is adapted from my book “The Journey To Happy – How Embracing The Concept That Nothing Is Wrong Can Transform Your Life” and is part of the 9 video series that I did with the book.
Use the long form for deeper issues. Use the short form three times each day, doing the tapping three times and saying “I deeply and profoundly love, accept and respect myself just the way I am” and you will feel things start to shift.
And if you’re ready and willing to have a REALLY BIG shift in your life, come to Sedona to do a Sedona Soul Adventures retreat. Here’s how it works:
Come to Sedona, do the retreat and your life (or your relationship) will be transformed.

Even after 15 years and all these thousands of retreats that we’ve done, I’m still amazed at what happens and I know you will be amazed also. Click here and we’ll call you (and remember, we work on Sundays).
Or if you’d prefer, call us toll free at 1-877-204-3664 (US and Canada). For our friends outside the US and Canada call 01 928-204-5988 or click here and one of our Angel Guides will call you.

Watch my beautiful Egypt video – and then Return to Egypt with me February 11-25

This is a beautiful 10 minute video that is a compilation of many years of our Egypt trip, since 2004. It still thrills me every single time I see the Pyramids and the Sphinx. I never get over it. Click the image to see the video.
If you feel the same way, Return to Egypt with me February 11-25. It’s such an incredible trip – the Great Pyramid (including 2 hours of private time just for our group for meditation and ceremony) the Sphinx, Abu Simbel, the Isis Temple at Philae and much more. All the accommodations are 5 star, including our 5 day 5 star cruise down the Nile and the price is all inclusive.
