“How To Tap Your Way Through Anything” Masterclass
Tapping is one of the most amazing things out there for turning things around. It’s so incredibly simple, but it’s so fantastically powerful! I use it every single day and it changed my life when I first discovered it.

As I was writing this, I thought, “I need a quick definition,” so I Googled again and got this perfect definition:
And that’s exactly right. Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) was developed by a psychologist who studied acupuncture and developed this amazing process where you tap your fingers on different parts of the body, the meridian points. He used it primarily to release fears and phobias, but over the years, we’ve used it for so many clients here at Sedona Soul Adventures, including all of the above. It’s so simple, but so powerful!
In our very first Masterclass earlier this year, our Master Practitioner Rick Reynolds showed you how to tap through your negative feelings and emotions to remove blocks to joy, happiness, and love.
In this Saturday’s Masterclass, Rick takes you deeper into the Tapping. He will show you how to use tapping to let go of physical discomfort from headaches to allergies, releasing weight, ending unhealthy habits like smoking, and removing any blocks you may have to greater abundance in your life.
He’ll even talk to you about an amazing video that is on YouTube from someone who used tapping while he was in the hospital during the pandemic to stay off a ventilator and is convinced that is what saved his life. (Of course, we can’t promise that, but it’s certainly worth a try if you find yourself in that situation!)

Ho’oponopono Masterclass to Transform Your Life & Relationships
I’m so excited that we have kicked off Season Two of our Masterclasses. We have so many new topics, plus new Practitioners that you will hear from. The word “ho’o” means “cause” in Hawaiian, while “ponopono” means “perfection.” The term “ho’oponopono” can be translated as “correct a mistake” or “make it right.”
I’ll be giving you all the background information on this amazing process on how and why it works, plus I’ll teach you how to do it – it’s so easy, but so powerful!
This is one of the most powerful processes I’ve ever used for healing relationships, but it can also do so many other things, including reducing stress, relieving yourself of bad memories and improving your overall well being.

Life Changed, Relationship Saved, Past Released, Heart Opened, New Path Found, Peace and Love
As you know, we receive amazing testimonials from our clients all the time, but I have to say the ones we have gotten in the past few weeks have just been phenomenal. Before I came to Sedona for the first time, I had read a zillion books, I had gone to therapy, and I had gone to bunches of group retreats, conferences and workshops. I found that I enjoyed them and while I was in attendance, I was hopped up and excited, but the minute I got home, I was always back to the same old stuff. Nothing ever really changed. And I now understand why.
None of that was ever dealing with the real problem – moving out the blocks and gunk, the wounds and scars, and the negative beliefs and stinkin’ thinkin’ that was the root cause of my unhappiness and discontent.

And even better, that for the past 20 years, I’ve been able to help other people do the same.

Our NEW Masterclass Series Season Two Starts Sept 12

“My husband and I were ready to call it quits”
I think many of you know that I was a divorce attorney for over 20 years before I started Sedona Soul Adventures. One of the things that I’m proudest of is that I’ve now spent the last 20 years helping people stay together. And these past few weeks have just been so incredible and such a testament to the work we do.
There were three couples, and all of them were on the brink of divorce. Two of the couples came to us here in Sedona and the other couple simply could not travel because of the pandemic and they did a Virtual Couples Retreat. The miracle that happens with our Couples Retreats happened with all of them – their sessions made them realize the problems they thought they were having are not what was actually causing the problems, they realized how much love they have for each other and everything got completely turned around! They posted online:
I love this so much, because it’s so typical of what happens with our Couples Retreats:
- Originally, he didn’t want to come and thought it was too much money
- He realized that over the past 5 years of their problems, that had cost them much more than money – It had cost him his best friend and partner in life

Isn’t this just so beautiful? Can you imagine coming here and being afraid you’ve lost your soulmate and life partner, and then getting them back? And knowing you have the tools to continue to maintain and deepen this forever.
And I especially love that he was so honest to say, “I thought this was a lot of money.” But look at what he realized – having an unhappy marriage costs you so much more.
And I can tell you, after being a divorce attorney for over 20 years, the cost of going through a divorce is so much more awful. Not only the cost of the divorce itself (which reports are now saying average $50,000 in the US!) and not only the cost of each of you losing half (or more) of what you had, which is awful and devastating enough. But the real devastation is in the emotional loss. Tearing up the family, uprooting the kids, everybody having to figure out how to do a new life, the loneliness that comes…it’s so destructive.
I can tell you (after 40 years of working with families) that some people (and some children) never get over it.
And to have the same thing happen with Teresa and Jeremy (not their real names), was just so wonderful.
As she says, they were ready to call it quits, they couldn’t go a day without bickering.
And here’s the key:
“This retreat truly helped us get to the root of our individual issues, which helped us understand each other and communicate better.”

To see the actual tomb and the mummy of King Tutankamun is so amazing. We will also see the treasures of his tomb in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The Tomb of King Seti I is absolutely spectacular and Queen Nefertari’s tomb (she was the favorite wife of Ramses II) has been called “The Sistine Chapel of Egypt.” Very few people are allowed to see these tombs, so this is a very special part of our trip this year.

A New Addition in Egypt and Why You Should Come Next Year
Our Return to Egypt trip is coming to a close and it’s been another amazing journey. This has actually been one of the most amazing trips ever. The group was fabulous, the weather was wonderful, the energy has been amazing – I feel so incredibly blessed and so happy to have brought another group of people who have been flabbergasted and amazed by this trip.
And even though this was my 20th trip to Egypt (!) there were so many new additions that were so wonderful.
The first one is that we are able to take photos almost everywhere we go. This is such an about face from what has happened in years past. It used to be that you absolutely could not take photos inside so many of the tombs – especially in the Valley of the Kings and Queens where the colors and the images are just so absolutely spectacular. 
They used to be so strict about it that back in 1983, when I was here for the first time, the friend I was with in the tomb of Ramses VI thought we were all alone, took a photo and almost lost his camera. The flash went off and the guards up top came rushing down and were about to take our camera. After lots of apologizing and paying some bakshish (tip money), they took the film and gave us back the camera. 
Here’s some of the photos from the Valley of the Kings.
Last year they started to allow us to take photos in many of the places, but this season we were even able to take photos inside the Tomb of Queen Nefertari, which is widely considered to be the most beautiful tomb in all of Egypt. 
Look at these spectacular colors. This one of Nefertari as Maat is a scene that I have on papyrus in my home. So incredibly beautiful.
Nefertari was the favorite Queen of Ramses II, the most powerful Pharaoh that ever ruled. 
His reign spanned over 60 years and there are temples all over Egypt built by him. In addition to her fabulous tomb, he also built a fantastic temple to her next to his spectacular temple at Abu Simbel. I love this temple so much, doesn’t it look as if the gods are just walking out of the mountain?
One of my favorite carvings in the temple is this one that shows what looks like a modern day flip hairdo – isn’t that great?
New this year: Also new this year, they have re-opened the tomb of Seti I, after many years of it being closed to the public. I had never seen this tomb before and it is absolutely spectacular. He was the father of Ramses II, so it’s obvious that no expense was spared for his final resting place.
The other thing that is so interesting when you see the huge and amazing tombs of these powerful Pharaohs is to think about what must have been inside them originally. King Tut’s tomb was very small (as he was a very insignificant king), but it was filled with the most amazing things, so much gold and incredible jewelry. So if Tut’s tomb had this much treasure in it, can you imagine what was in the tombs of someone like Seti I or Ramses II? It’s absolutely mind blowing to even contemplate.
New next year, the new Cairo Museum: And I’m so excited that the new Cairo museum will be open for our next trip! The building is absolutely staggering, it’s just huge. It will hold the treasures of King Tut and for the first time, ALL the treasures will be on display. Plus, so many of the artifacts that have never been displayed just because there wasn’t enough room (the old Museum was built in 1905) will finally be seen in all their glory. I literally can’t wait!
This next trip is going to be even more spectacular with the new Museum opening. I urge you to get on the Wait List for our next trip, which is February 15-28, 2021. By the time you read this on Sunday, we’ll be winging our way back home and we will have completed our two hours of private time inside the Great Pyramid, doing ceremony and meditation. It’s always so powerful and I know it will be this year too.

Greetings from Egypt!
How is it possible that it’s been a year since I was here last and how is it possible that even though this is my 19th trip to Egypt (!), it’s still new and amazing?
But that’s the nature of this place. Everything we’re seeing is thousands and thousands of years old, but the mysteries are still fresh.
Mysteries such as who built the Pyramids? How did they get these huge stones to this place (some of which weigh over 2 tons) when they know they came from Aswan, which is an 8 hour train ride away? And how did they cut the stones with such laser-like precision that they fit together perfectly with no mortar?
Riding camels to the Pyramids is always so much fun – they’re so sweet. And of course it’s so wonderful to be here with my beloved Richard. This is his second trip to Egypt and he’s become as fascinated as I am with all things Egyptian! What a wonderful thing to have in common.
One of the most fascinating things we see here on the Giza plateau is the Solar Boat museum. This is a boat that was first discovered on January 12 (my birthday!), 1954. It was found completely unassembled and it is believed to be associated with the Pharaoh Cheops from over 4500 years ago. It was to be used to navigate the River to heaven after the death and resurrection of the Pharaoh.
It took 24 years for workmen to assemble the boat. Once assembled, the boat is 143 ft long and 19.5 ft wide. My photo simply doesn’t do it justice but can you get the perspective of seeing the two people on the right?
When it was found in this pit and the stones were first breached, there was a “whooshing” sound, indicating the boat had been “hermetically sealed” and it had lasted in pristine condition for over 4500 years. Now that it’s been found and assembled, no one has been able to figure out how to preserve it. It’s estimated that it will completely disintegrate within the next 100 to 200 years. The ancient Egyptians were able to preserve it for over 4500 years, modern man hasn’t been able to figure out to how to preserve it for more than a few hundred years!
Tonight we watched the amazing Sound and Light show at the Pyramids and Sphinx. It’s so dramatic, it’s reminiscent of The Ten Commandments. I love this photo that Richard shot – the Sphinx just looks otherworldly.
One of the best parts for me is being with this amazing group of people. We are all different ages, races, sexes, and nationalities, but with a commonality of being fascinated by this amazing place. It’s so much fun to experience this with other adventurers.
And as usual, the Egyptian people are so warm and welcoming. They always ask “where are you from?” and when I say “America,” they always reply with a similar response “We love Americans!”
This year’s tour sold out and we’re already planning the trip for next year. I already can’t wait to come back again!

I think a picture really is worth 1000 words. I was going through pictures of this years’ Peru and Machu Picchu trip, and the pictures definitely say it all. Look at the happiness on Selena’s face on our first day at Machu Picchu. This is such a dream come true for so many people. You can just hear her saying “Yes!”
And I love this picture of Jorge and I at Machu Picchu. What a joy to be there and to be in his presence for 2 weeks.
Here are more fun pictures. Glen dressed as a fox, giving me presents from the group on our last night. They gave me the most beautiful necklace and earrings from Lake Titicaca and a recreation of a chulpa from Sillustani, complete with small stones they had all collected for offerings (I didn’t even notice what they were doing!).
Here’s my husband, Richard, at Ollantaytambo. Can you feel the energy of this amazing place? Some people feel that Ollantaytambo is in some ways as incredible as Machu Picchu. The combination of the energy and the water here are so fantastic.
And here’s the group in front of Aramu Muru, the Doorway to Other Dimensions that was discovered by Jorge Luis. To do ceremony at this place with Jorge is so amazing.
And this year one of the members of our group, Jill, played the crystal bowls while we were doing the ceremony there. It was other-worldly.
