How to Have a Personal Breakthrough Just by Breathing

I discovered Breath Journeys in 1991. It is one of the most powerful processes I have ever done and I continue to use it to this day. It is a huge part of the retreats that we do here at Sedona Soul Adventures because people have such huge awakenings when they do it.

But did you know that a psychiatrist in the United States was part of developing the connected breathing process because he was trying to replicate the incredible, spiritual experiences his patients had with LSD before it became illegal? Watch my video, I think you’ll find it fascinating.

In these series of videos, I’m talking about concepts from my book
“The Journey to Happy– How Embracing the Concept that Nothing is wrong can transform your life”…
Processes that can help you feel a lot happier right away and help you to flip the switch into a better feeling state.
In the last video, I spoke about how doing 5 minutes of deep breathing every day, and doing deep breathing throughout the day, can really make a difference in your life.
Today, I want to tell you about a very special kind of breath that has literally changed my life and changed the lives of thousands of people.
It’s a form of breath that I call Inner Journey Breath. You might find similar methods that are called Rebirthing, Connected Breath or Holotropic Breathwork, all of these are somewhat similar.
It’s a process where you do connected breathing, meaning there is no stopping between the inhale and exhale and what happens when you do this is you do not hyperventilate. Instead, if the process is done correctly, you can literally go into an altered state of consciousness.
I first found this in 1989, but the process that I first found was called Rebirthing. These processes were pioneered and developed by Leonard Orr and Sondra Ray for Rebirthing and Stanislav Grof, who is a psychiatrist. Grof had used LSD with his clients when it was still legal and his clients had incredible, transformation experiences going into these altered states.
One of the people who used LSD in this way was Cary Grant, of all people, and he talks about how life changing it was for him. After LSD was outlawed, Grof believed there had to be a way to replicate the experience and he started studying the Vedas and other texts, and learned about the yogis in India who were able to do such incredible things with their breath. When he did this with his patients, they had absolutely remarkable experiences.
So… What happens? It’s different for everyone.
In over 25 years that I’ve been doing breathwork, I’ve experienced:

    • Seeing visions
    • Release of emotional pain
    • Release of energetic blocks
    • Release of birth trauma
    • Release of physical pain
    • Connection with my High Self
    • Connection with my Angels & Guides
    • Connection with souls who have crossed over
    • Receive information on problems and situations
    • Sense of peace
    • Enormous gratitude
    • Deep knowing that All is Well and Nothing Is Wrong

Over the past 16 years, we have developed a process here at Sedona Soul Adventures that we call Inner Journey with Breath. It’s a very important process that we do with almost everyone who comes here to do a Soul Adventure because it’s so incredibly powerful.
We have had so many people over the years who have had such incredible experiences because for many of them, it is the first time in their lives that they have truly experienced the Divine – feeling like God is truly with them and part of them, and truly experienced their own Divine nature.
We had a medical doctor here a number of years ago and her breath journey was just out of this world! She saw visions, she actually communicated with her mother who had crossed over, and then she saw and felt and truly experienced the perfection that was her. She went home and told her other doctor friends about what had happened and they all said, “They must have given you a drug, did you drink anything during the session?” And she said yes, she drank water and they said, “Yes! They must have slipped LSD into your water.” Which, of course, we did not do.
Another woman got finished with her breath journey and at the end as she was talking about her experience, she said “I felt like I levitated.” Her practitioner teased her a little and said, “Yes, you were about 3 ft off the ground,” and she said, “I knew it!” She really felt that she had levitated.
Another person when she got done, lifted up the mat she was lying on and said where is the electrical cord that made the mat vibrate so much. She was vibrating so much that she was sure that there must have been electricity making it happen.
But for me, the most wonderful occurrences are those when people really experience that highest part of themselves, and when they really experience the Divine on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Have you ever had an experience like that? There really aren’t words to describe it.
I first discovered this back in 1989 at a really low time in my life. I had recently gotten divorced, I had jumped immediately into another relationship that was disastrous, I was working way too hard… but the biggest thing I suddenly discovered was my Co-dependency. One of my good friends actually staged an intervention and I entered a 12-step Co-dependency treatment program. It was an outpatient program that was supposed to go for 4 weeks, but at the end of 4 weeks they decided I needed to do at least 6.
It helped me a lot ,but at the end of the 6 weeks I just felt terrible. They kept telling us “you will always be like this” and that was just really depressing. I decided to treat myself to a massage with a new therapist I had heard about. I went for the massage and told her what had been going on with me and it turned out she was actually a Rebirthing practitioner. I did one session with her…I went into the altered state, I experienced the Divine and my own perfection, and I can hardly describe the Joy and Love that was just suddenly gushing through me.
Back then, it was felt that you needed to do the process once per week for 10 weeks with a certified practitioner – and I did that with her. Every week my joy and happiness was just increasing exponentially.
One of the after care things I was doing from my Co-dependency treatment was to go to meetings each week of Adult Children of Alcoholics. Every week we would each go around the circle talking about how we were doing and everyone every week had the same old stories, the same struggles and the same difficulties.
After the very first breathwork, I described my experience and then the next week I talked about it again. After the third week of gushing about all the love, joy and happiness I was feeling, the person next to me said, “Well, I’m not feeling as good as DEBRA is,” and after the next week, I realized I just couldn’t go back there again. Everyone else was still stuck; none of them were interested in even trying the breathwork, they were just interested in staying stuck. Which was fine, it’s a free country, everybody gets to be just as miserable as they want.
But I had found what seemed to me to be the path to everything I was looking for and that was over 25 years ago. I still do breathwork regularly, in fact I just did it again a few weeks ago. It’s amazing to me how different it is every single time.
But the best part is that this has become a cornerstone of the work that we do here at Sedona Soul Adventures. People have such incredible experiences and then we teach them how to continue to do it at home. I love it so much when someone emails me and tells me about an amazing experience they’ve had.
Don’t start doing this on your own. A breath journey is not something that you should do on your own. It’s not like the yogic breath or the breath of fire that many people are familiar with in yoga. It’s a connected breath and one that is designed to take you into an altered state, so doing it alone when you do it for the first time, is never recommended. In fact, Dr. Grof believes no one should ever do it alone because so many people have abandonment issues that come up, that when they come out of the altered state and they’re alone, that can be traumatic.
The most important is to do the process with someone who is specially trained in doing this process. If you want to find someone in your area, try searching “Breathwork practitioner” on Google and hopefully you can find someone.
Or even better, come to Sedona and experience the Breath Journey as part of your Soul Adventures. We have so many fantastic breathwork practitioners, they will lead you on an incredible journey.

You can have the life AND the relationship you want – I know it.

You Don’t Have to be “Perfect” All the Time – Here's What to do Instead…

How are your New Year’s resolutions going? If you’re like 82% of Americans, you’ve already broken them, but no worries!

Watch my new video on “How to Use the 51% Rule,” because it’s all about how you don’t have to be “perfect” all the time to have a fabulous, amazing, rewarding life. Isn’t that a relief?

And I think you’ll love the simple things you can do to “stay in the 51%.” Have a listen.

Today I want to talk to you about the 51% Rule.
When I first started on my spiritual path, one of the things that I was lucky enough to figure out was what I call, the 51% Rule. Simply stated, the 51% Rule acknowledges that, with all this stuff you’re trying to do and this energy you’re trying to move, if you just stay on the path of your Journey to Happy at least 51% of the time, you’re going to have an amazing, incredible life.
You don’t have to be perfect. Sometimes you’ll be at 60%, other times at 20% – because you’re human. But, as you learn to stay in the energy of Excited Expectation a majority of the time, you’ll hit the tipping point and be over the edge.
And when that happens, you’ll have momentum on your side.
For many people, when they first start out on their spiritual path, sometimes they think, “Oh, this is going to take forever, and I’ll never be able to do all this all the time.”
And that’s right. You won’t be able to do all this all the time.
But here’s the good news. So much of all this is about taking yourself off the hook. You don’t have to be perfect all the time.
And remember, Nothing is Wrong if you aren’t perfect all the time.
If you can hold yourself in the place of feeling good at least 51% of the time, your life will start to transform dramatically. And the best part is, the percentages even out — meaning that there will be times you will be feeling at 65%, sometimes even at 85%, so even if you mainly stay in the 51-55%, you will start maintaining that vibration of wonderful, juicy, delicious joy!
The trick is to not dip back into the 49% very often. So have an arsenal of things ready to do when you start to feel yourself go into that dip. Things that kind of automatically make you feel good, or at least a little better. Things that can flip the switch into a better feeling state. That’s all it takes, just feeling a little better. Don’t expect (or demand) that you must go into total bliss and joy, just do something, ANYTHING to make yourself feel a little better.
Here are some things that work for me:

      • What are you grateful for? Writing down a list of things I’m grateful for and thinking about each thing. This is actually one of the Stepping Stones I talk about my the book, keeping a Gratitude Journal.
      • Pet your dog or cat. Petting my dog and feeling a huge surge of love for her always makes me feel great.
      • Listen to music. Listening to certain songs that just always make me feel better. The old Johnny Nash song, “I Can See Clearly Now” does it for me every time
      • Watch movies (or something else guaranteed to make you laugh). If I’m at home, there are certain movies that just crack me up and I’ll put them on and fast forward to the scenes that make me laugh out loud.
      • Watch YouTube Videos. There are some videos on YouTube (usually involving babies, cats, or dogs doing something funny) that make me laugh and start to feel better.
      • Meditate. Sometimes meditating (particularly a guided meditation) can make me feel great, but if I find my mind going a mile-a-minute, I stop the meditation and move onto something else (like music). If it’s not making you feel a little better right away, try something else. That’s why I recommend having an arsenal of different tactics.
      • Go outside. Going outside in the sunshine and appreciating the beauty of the sun (or the stars) and how incredible and big life is, always helps me.
      • Get moving. Dancing and really moving (I recommend being alone for this!). What does the bumper sticker say? Dance as if no one is watching. That really moves the energy!

What are things that work for you? Have an arsenal of things that you can use to keep you in the feel good energy most of the time.
And remember, take yourself off the hook. You don’t have to be perfect 100% of the time, you just have to get to 51% and stay there most of the time. That’s the Journey to Happy.

You probably already know all the obvious reasons why not to get a divorce. Divorce is simply devastating in so many ways – it’s devastating for the children, emotionally and psychologically. It’s devastating for the people going through the divorce, both emotionally and psychologically.
It’s also devastating financially. Studies show that both parties lose so much financially when they get a divorce, and that’s especially true for women. Just the cost of a divorce is devastating – studies based on census figures show that the cost of the average divorce in the U.S. is a mind blowing $53,000.

I’m going talk with you today about some things about divorce that you maybe haven’t thought about before.
The first one is: Things are just never the same.
Everyone’s life just gets completely up-ended when a divorce happens. Children suddenly have two homes rather than one home, and it usually doesn’t ever really feel like home again.

The worst is things like holidays. The time gets split up, there’s usually hard feelings on both sides, and sometimes there’s lots of fighting and arguing.
The kids are never with their parents again. They’re always going to be with dad and this other person that they will probably never feel as completely close to as they do with their mother. Ditto for their mother’s boyfriend or new husband. It’s just never going to feel the same again.
The next is: You may die sooner.
A study published in The Journal of Health and Social Behavior found that divorced or widowed people have 20% more chronic health conditions (such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer) than people who are married. Loneliness can be a killer and I believe it makes you age faster.
And: You’re probably going to end up with another person with the same or similar problems.
In the twenty years that I was doing divorces, it was amazing to me as I looked back to realize the number of people for whom I did 3 divorces. And the even more amazing thing, was that what I saw was that these people kept marrying the same person over and over again, they just had a different name.
Because the real problem is at the heart of this – we are connecting with people because of the Soul Lessons they bring to us. Our partners are a mirror for us and particularly, for our Woundings. We bring people into our lives to heal our wounds. We don’t know that consciously, but I believe this with all my heart.
If we’re insecure, if we think we’re not worthy of love, we’ll bring someone in who won’t love us completely. If we don’t trust ourselves, we’ll bring in someone we can’t trust. Those wounds will keep showing up until they’re healed.
I have seen that over and over again, both in my law practice and in my work with Sedona Soul Adventures.
We just had a couple here last year and this was completely true for them. They had both been married and divorced before, and they were ready to get divorced again. When they came to us they both said “I can’t believe it, I’ve married someone who’s exactly like my ex.”
We dug deeper and discovered that for the husband, he had parents who were never satisfied with him, he always felt like he wasn’t enough. After a few years with his first wife, he felt unloved and unhappy because she was always complaining and telling him he wasn’t good enough in all kinds of different ways – as a person, as a provider, as a father. When he met his second wife she seemed to be head over heels in love with him, but again, within a few years, the same kind of problems were coming up. For different reasons, but he felt again as though he wasn’t enough.
For the wife, it showed up a little differently. From the time she was a little girl, she put up what she called a “False Front” because she thought being who she was wouldn’t be good enough. She had actually been married twice before and each time it was her belief that once her husbands really got to know the “real” her, that the marriage ended.
So both of them had the issues of “I’m not enough” and “I’m not loveable.”
We did separate sessions with them of clearing out that gunk and filling that hole of “I’m not enough.” After this work, they both reported feeling like they loved themselves for the first time in their lives. With that feeling of self love, they literally saw the other person with different eyes. They both had this huge compassion for each other because they realized for the first time, that they both had the same issue, it was just showing up in a different way for each of them. They realized how much they truly loved each other.
We sent them home with new tools and I just heard from them recently. It’s been a year and they both feel like their spouse is their biggest cheerleader. She said to me, “I didn’t realize that because I didn’t truly love myself, I really had no love to give to someone else. I’m so glad we didn’t get a divorce, I would have just kept doing this over and over.”
If you are thinking about getting a divorce, I literally want to beg you to reconsider it one more time. Think about all the reasons we’ve talked about and then really ask yourself, “How is my partner being my mirror?”
If there is something you really can’t stand about your partner, is there any of that in you? If you feel like you’re not loved, do you truly love yourself?
Are there some things you can do to save your marriage? If so, for the sake of your children, for the sake of your family, but mostly for the sake of you, please think about it one more time.
And if you feel like there might be a glimmer of hope, please do something about it. Think about coming to Sedona to do a Couples Retreat. After 16 years and thousands of people, I’m still amazed at what happens.

What To Do When Your Marriage Is In Trouble

Most people know that 50% of marriages in the US end in divorce, but did you know that 67% of second marriages and a whopping 73% of third marriages end in divorce in this country?
I was a divorce attorney for over 20 years and now I’ve spent over 16 years helping couples through Sedona Soul Adventures, and over and over again, I see the same things.
If your marriage or relationship is having problems, or even if you’re just not feeling it like you used to (which is the beginning of really having some problems), then watch my video.
        I hope it helps.

I hope this helped, and If you got value from this video, please like and share the video, and subscribe to our channel.

Let’s face it. Marriage or being in a long term committed relationship is hard. Even if you start out really in love and really committed, the day to day-ness of life can take the sizzle out of any relationship.
And if you have a situation or a crisis, for example, if you have infidelity happening, then you’ve got a real problem on your hands.
The question is, what to do? Well for many people, say 50% of the population, they throw in the towel and get a divorce.
But what most people don’t know, is that the divorce rate for 2nd and 3rd marriages is even higher. 67% of second, and 73% of third marriages end in divorce.
And why is that? Because people aren’t learning from the mistakes from their first marriage or their second marriage.
I was a divorce attorney for 20 years in Omaha, Nebraska, and I can tell you that divorce is not the answer. Divorce almost always ends up harming people emotionally and financially, not to mention what it does psychologically to the children involved.
So what do you do when your marriage is in trouble? The simple answer is, you’ve got to do SOMETHING.
You have to start talking to each other, you have to start communicating with each other, you have to reach out and do SOMETHING to start moving things around. And the sooner you catch it, the better your chances are.
But here’s what you’ve got to do if you don’t want to become one of the statistics. You’ve got to get underneath and figure out what the real problems are. What’s causing all this? What’s triggering you?
And after 20 years as a divorce attorney and over 16 years of doing couples work with Sedona Soul Adventures, I can tell you that what you’re fighting about is never what you’re really fighting about. What’s really happening is that the unhealed and damaged little boy is trying to get love from the unhealed and damaged little girl and when you’ve got 2 damaged and unhealed little children, it’s pretty difficult to have a conscious, loving relationship.

Have you seen this sculpture that was done by at Burning Man a few years ago? I love this image because it perfectly illustrates exactly what I’m talking about. Almost all of our struggles, but especially within intimate relationships, is just a cry for love. The wounded little boy and the wounded little girl are just trying to get love. But because we’re coming from a place of wounding, it can be really hard to get the love we want in the way we want it. Then we divorce the one who’s not giving it to us, we find another one hoping to get it, but because we’re still wounded, we don’t know how to have a healthy, conscious, loving relationship, so then we divorce that one and become one of the 67%.
It keeps on happening over and over because we’re not getting at the root cause that’s creating all the trouble – the wounded little boy or the wounded little girl.
You have to get underneath the issues and figure that out – that’s what brings people back together.
In the 20 years that I was a divorce attorney, I sent all my clients to therapy and it never did anything for any of them, not in one situation. Because it was just talking – not really getting to the deep underpinnings of the problems.
We had a couple here last year who were breaking up over the wife’s infidelity. He was able to forgive her, but he felt like she didn’t really love him. When we dug deeper, we discovered that she had grown up in a home where she was never able to please her father, no matter what she did. She had then married a man who was also hyper-critical and who never demonstrated his love for her. Just like her father, her husband felt that providing a nice home demonstrated his love.
Likewise, he grew up in a home where his mother never expressed love for him. She was demanding and always making him feel like he wasn’t “good enough” if he wasn’t getting perfect grades or being a star athlete.
So both of these people grew up in homes where they didn’t feel loved and they both married people who didn’t express love, and so they both felt “I’m not loved.” The wife even realized that the man she had the affair with and was thinking about leaving her husband for was the same way – hyper-critical and undemonstrative.
In their retreat, we took them each through individual sessions that cleared out those blocks and filled in those holes. Because that’s what happens when you have a childhood like that – it’s as if you have a hole that can’t be filled. But those holes can be filled and that’s what happened with both of them. Once those holes were filled, they suddenly saw each other in a new light. He understood why she had sought love somewhere else. She saw that he truly did love her, but he had blocks that made it hard from him to demonstrate that. With the blocks gone, she saw how much he loved her and he saw how much she loved him. That’s what can happen when we heal those unhealed parts.
So when your marriage is in trouble, you need to look underneath what you’re at odds about and figure out what’s causing the real trouble. Where are your unhealed parts showing up?
That’s pretty hard to do by yourself. Most of us can’t see our own stuff, even when it’s right in front of our face. But that’s what you need to do.
I hope this helped, and If you got value from this video, please like and share the video, and subscribe to our channel.

        The Best Of Sedona

As we’ve said before, Sedona is truly a special place. Not only is it breathtakingly beautiful, from a natural, physical standpoint, but it also has a unique “energy” that truly supports people in their personal growth. It’s considered a sacred place by most Native Americans, and a “place of power” by many spiritual seekers around the globe.
As long-time Sedona residents, we can attest to the fact that this is all quite real. When people come here, their growth is often dramatically accelerated and enhanced. It’s like the “volume” here is turned up on all things spiritual. I’ve experienced it myself – and that’s actually one of the main reasons why Sedona Soul Adventures was founded.
And, because of the nature of this special energy, Sedona also attracts a wide variety of wonderful healers. Bodyworkers, psychics and intuitives, spirit guides, sound healers, energy workers – virtually every modality of personal and spirtual growth and healing arts of every kind are represented in our little community. It’s just a natural fit.
Like many other similar places, however, Sedona also attracts the far-out, the spaced-out, and the just plain weird. That’s why it can be a little challenging, especially if you don’t live here, to tell in advance who’s “for real”, and who isn’t.
Part of the problem is that with some less “conventional” modalities, there’s no licensing body, or objective measure of credibility and effectiveness. A psychotherapist, for example, needs to have a license from the state. But what about someone like a clairvoyant or psychic, or a “soul reader”. No licensing is required and someone like that could be absolutely wonderful, providing a profound, life-changing experience, or…not so much.
So, in order to tell who would be a great practitioner, and who wouldn’t, it ‘s really helpful to know folks “on the ground” in Sedona who know what’s what and who’s who. Here at Sedona Soul Adventures, we have taken things a step further. So that we can be absolutely sure about the quality and integrity of the practitioners we use, we have personally experienced multiple sessions from everyone we’re considering to be part of our family of practitioners. There’s just no substitute for direct experience. That way you can rest assured that practitioners who are working with you are highly skilled professionals with years of experience in which we have the highest confidence.

        Best Healing Experiences in Sedona

The best healing experiences in Sedona…and how to find them

Just about every modality in the areas of personal and spiritual growth and alternative healing is available in Sedona. The list is long – breathwork, energy work and Reiki, bodywork, intuitive readings, emotional healing, sound healing, yoga hikes – and more. And offering sessions in these modalities are practitioners of varying levels of experience, skill and quality.
So how do you know who’s the best in their field? Simply put, ask someone who’s experienced their services. At the risk of appearing a bit self-serving, we think this aspect of what we offer is unique. Each Angel Guide in our organization- the person who works with you in designing your retreat – has played a direct role in choosing the practitioners that work with our people. If the Angel Guides are not thoroughly impressed by any given practitioner we just don’t use them. It’s that simple. Only the best of the best practitioners get through our unique, experiential screening process.
In addition, we continually check in with our clients to make sure they are having optimal experiences with each of our practitioners. From feedback through our Sedona Guides to our client evaluations, we are continually making sure that we are offering the best of the best.
Every Angel Guide you talk with at Sedona Soul Adventures has done their own Soul Adventure. These are not “salespeople” who are learning about a product or service. Everyone here is genuinely committed to their spiritual path, and is walking their talk. They’re not trying to sell you anything. Their goal is to discover what your soul truly needs – what it may be crying out for, and then design your retreat with the practitioners and sessions that are the perfect match for you.
So fear not – we know who the best people are, and we know how to design a unique, personalized retreat that will likely provide you with a transformative, life changing experience.

        Personalized Spiritual Retreats

What to look for in a personalized Sedona retreat – and what to avoid

If you have been researching retreats in Sedona, you know that there is an almost bewildering array of possibilities. Clearly some of these experiences will meet your needs while many others will not. So how do you tell the difference?
After over 25 years of doing this work, we know that the most significant transformations happen for people in one-on-one sessions, not in groups. Going where you need to go doesn’t usually happen in a roomful of strangers.
In designing a retreat for your unique needs, it is of utmost importance that the person with whom you’re communicating is really listening to you – really hearing what’s going on with you and what your needs and desires are. Without that connection, it’s impossible for them to “get” what would most support you during your Sedona retreat.
It’s also important that the person guiding you on in your process of designing a personalized retreat not have a bias toward a particular healing modality, type of experience or practitioner. That’s going to be a further obstacle to them really understanding what it is you need.
Also, beware of being steered toward a “cookie-cutter” approach. You’re unique, and your retreat should be too! Something that works for one person may very well not work for another.
Be sure to ask the person you’re communicating with for lots of detail about the sessions and modalities they’re recommending. Vagueness should be a big red flag! This type of work requires a high level of intimacy and trust. You need to be sure you feel comfortable with both the guide who’s helping you design your retreat and the work itself.
Finally, be sure that you feel that you will be well taken care of while you’re in Sedona, and that there will be someone on hand to answer questions, give you direction, and generally support you. You’ll be going through a lot (in a good way!) and you want to be sure the logistics are handled well, and that the client service is compassionate and responsive.
We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to every detail of your Sedona Soul Adventure and you will experience that when you connect with our Retreat Coordinators, our Angel Guides and our Sedona Guides. We want you to feel that you are in a safe container as you do the work of becoming who you are. Call us today and let us custom design a retreat that will meet your specific needs. What is all the Hype about Sedona?

Is Sedona really so special? The hype and the reality?
The short answer is, “yes it is…” Virtually everyone who comes here marvels at its amazing natural beauty. Not only the awesome and deservedly famous red rocks, but the lush, surprisingly green environment of Oak Creek with its crystalline waters.
And then there’s the area’s reputation as a spiritual center, or sacred site. Many visitors feel something indefinable when they come here. They feel the call of their soul, asking them to look at life more deeply, and to seek more meaning and fulfillment.
What is this all about? Well, Sedona has been regarded as a “place of power” or an area of sacred ground for centuries by Native Americans. And those in the metaphysical movement have picked up on this. But is it real?
We think so – even though we acknowledge it has been “hyped” a little too much at times. There is a palpable, discernible energy here, a force that nudges us in the direction of our spiritual development and soul’s purpose. It’s something that seekers have reported in many sacred places around the globe. And it’s especially powerful in Sedona.
I felt the call of this energy when I first came to Sedona, and it led to the founding of Sedona Soul Adventures – to support others in their spiritual journey, in a place that naturally supports and enhances that process. It’s hard to use words to describe it – that’s why we encourage you to experience it for yourself.
